15 Days Tanzania Safari and Zanzibar Tour starts at Kilimanjaro International Airport where you are welcomed by a driver guide who takes you through a meet and greet session and briefs you about the safari in Tanzania and Zanzibar.

Detailed Itinerary of the 15 Days Tanzania Safari and Zanzibar Tour

Day 1: Arrival in Arusha (Kilimanjaro International Airport)

You arrive in Arusha from the Kilimanjaro International Airport where you are picked up by a driver guide who takes you through a meet and greet session. After a while, he shall drive you around Moshi then Arusha if you have time and later transfer you to check-in hotel for relaxation, Dinner and Overnight. Arusha Planet Lodge.

Day 2: Transfer to Tarangire National Park

Have breakfast in the morning then embark on transfer to the vast beautiful Tarangire National Park. The journey takes you a period of 2 to 3 hours through baobab-dotted landscapes, known for elephants and big cats. After a while, you shall reach the Park and embark on a half day Game Drive around the park.

Watch many wildlife animals like Leopard, Cheetah, Elephant, Giraffe, White Rhino, lions, hippos, leopards, African buffaloes, hyenas, etc. After the Game Drive, you shall proceed to check-in lodge for relaxation, Dinner and Overnight. Tarangire Safari Lodge.

Day 3: Full Day Game Drive in Tarangire National Park

Early morning breakfast then with packed lunch, embark on a full Day Game Drive which gives you a chance to watch various wildlife species wandering around their natural habitat. The Full Day Game Drive includes two different sessions.

After having lunch, you shall get on another session of Game Drive which goes till late evening and after you are done, you shall transfer to check-in lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Tarangire Safari Lodge.

Day 4: Transfer to Lake Manyara National Park

Wake up in the morning then transfer to the vast Lake Manyara National Park for a period of 3 to 5 hours via green terrain vegetation watching bird species. After a while you shall reach the park and proceed on a half day Game Drive around the Park watching many wildlife animals wandering around their natural habitat.

The wildlife animals you watch include; tree-climbing lions, Flamingos, Elephants, Hippos, Baboons, Buffalo, Impalas, Warthogs, giraffes, leopards, blue and vervet monkeys, zebras, wildebeests, and various antelopes and birdlife. Day 5: Full Day Game Drive in Lake Manyara National Park

Delicious early morning breakfast then with your packed lunch, proceed on a full Day Game Drive around the Park. This includes two varying session i.e the early morning to mid day session then the afternoon to late evening session. On this, watch many wildlife species wandering around their natural habitat.

Day 6: Transfer to Serengeti National Park (Game Drive)

Morning breakfast then embark on a journey to the stunning Serengeti National Park. You transfer for a period of 2 hours watching the green terrain, bird species as well as wildlife wandering. After a while, you shall reach the park and continue to have a Game Drive around the Park watching many wildlife animals wander around their natural habitat.

The Wildlife animals you watch include; Elephants, Buffaloes, Wildebeests, Warthogs, Zebras, Antelopes, Lions, Hyenas, Leopards, Cheetahs, Giraffe, : Common, White Rhino etc. After the Game Drive, you shall continue to check-in lodge for relaxation, Dinner and Overnight. Day 7: Full Day Game Drive at Serengeti National Park

Today, you shall have a full Day Game Drive which gives you a chance to watch various wildlife species wandering around their natural habitat. You wake up early in the morning have breakfast then with packed lunch, transfer to the park for a full Day Game Drive that has two different sessions.

You shall reach the park and start traversing from one point to another watching wildlife like Elephants, Buffaloes, Wildebeests, Warthogs, Zebras, Antelopes, Lions, Hyenas, Leopards, Cheetahs, Giraffe, Rhino etc wander, take photos then after break off at mid-day for lunch. After having lunch, you shall get on another session of Game Drive which goes till late evening and after you are done, you shall transfer to check-in lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Day 8: Another Full Day Game Drive at Serengeti National Park (Seronera)

Have breakfast in the morning then transfer on another full Day Game Drive around the Park at the central part in the Seronera Region. The Seronera Region is the most famous Safari region in the Park and a very good region to explore by all travelers on wildlife safari in Serengeti. You reach the region and embark on full Day Game Drive traversing from one point to another. Watch many wildlife species wandering around their natural habitat. You shall have two different sessions on which you watch many wildlife animals wander around their natural habitat.

The animals you watch include; Elephants, Buffaloes, Wildebeests, Warthogs, Zebras, Antelopes, Lions, Hyenas, Leopards, Cheetahs, Giraffe, Rhino etc. Take photos then after break off at mid-day for lunch. Day 9: Transfer to Ngorongoro Crater

Enjoy breakfast in the morning then embark on transfer to the vast stunning Ngorongoro Crater located in between Serengeti National Park and Lake Manyara National Park. You transfer for a period of 2 hours watching the green terrain vegetation, bird species then after a while, you shall reach the Conservation Area where you enjoy a Game Drive traversing from one point to another watching wildlife wander around their habitat.

You shall also view the animals break their thirst around the crater. The animals you watch include; lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, buffalo, wildebeest, zebras, hippos, hyenas, antelope as well as many flamingos. Day 10: Full Day Game Drive in Ngorongoro Crater

You wake up early in the morning have breakfast then with packed lunch, transfer to the park for a full Day Game Drive that has two different sessions. The sessions include morning to mid-day then afternoon to late evening.

Day 11: Catch a Flight to Zanzibar

Morning breakfast then proceed to the Seronera Airstrip where you catch a flight to Zanzibar. The flight takes you a period of 2 to 3 hours and after a while, you drop at the Abeid Amani Karume International Airport (ZNZ). On reaching here, you are welcomed by a driver guide who transfers you to the beaches around Zanzibar for relaxation, Dinner and Overnight. Zanzibar Beach Resort.

Day 12: short tour of Stone Town and Visit Nungwi/Kendwa

Breakfast in the morning then embark on transfer to explore the stunning Stone Town in Zanzibar. You shall visit various attractions/ places like the Old Fort, House of Wonders, Freddie Mercury’s House and Darajani Market. You shall explore the various spices around the Market. Take various photos of these to keep with you then later break off for lunch at the rooftop café or seafront restaurant.

After the precise tour, you shall proceed to the North at Nungwi/Kendwa. On reaching here, you shall enjoy swimming and relaxation along the many beaches. You can optionally visit Paje/Jambiani in the East to enjoy kitesurfing, yoga, and nature. After the adventure, you shall return to resort for relaxation, Dinner and Overnight. Sunset Kendwa.

Day 13: Snorkeling or Diving Excursion + Sunset Dhow Cruise

Morning breakfast then transfer to enjoy Snorkeling or Diving at Mnemba Atoll (Half-Day Tour). You shall swim with colorful reef fish, dolphins and vibrant coral. The snorkeling equipment and refreshments are provided.

After the adventure, break off for picnic lunch and later proceed to enjoy an evening sunset dhow cruise as you listen to live Taarab music, have light snacks and drinks as the sun sets over the Indian Ocean. Day 14: Spice Tour, Cultural Village Visit or Free Beach Day

Morning breakfast then transfer to explore the spices in the markets around stone town for a period of 3 to 4 hours. The spices you view in the market include; cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, cardamom, etc. You can also taste tropical fruits and the local Swahili Tea as well as buy some to take back home with you.

Alternatively, you can visit the traditional Makunduchi or Jambiani village to see traditional life, school, and crafts. After your adventure, proceed back to resort/ beach for relaxation, paddleboarding, yoga, spa treatment, or beach walking. In the late evening, have Dinner and Overnight. Zanzibar Beach Resort.

Day 15: Morning Relaxation & Departure

Morning breakfast at Leisure then transfer for a finale swim and later embark on departure to the Abeid Amani Karume International Airport where you board a flight back to Kilimanjaro International Airport then back home.
